How to Join

1. Contact us and sign up!

You can start by taking a free quick test (only in Finnish) to identify your company’s readiness level as an international employer. You can also leave your contact details directly with us using the form below, and we will get in touch with you.

2. Submit an Application

We will send you a link to an electronic application form and instructions for a more detailed assessment of your readiness. Identify your company’s key strengths and areas for development, and document your sources of information. Prepare a plan of actions to help your company progress towards its set goals.

3. Arrange a Company Visit

Submit the electronic form and arrange a visit to your company. Once your application has been processed and approved after the visit, your company will be granted the right to use the World-Class Workplace Label.

4. Make Your Success Visible!

Communicate about the label and your commitment to your staff, stakeholders, and customers. Start development actions and monitor their implementation. The label is valid for three years, and progress is monitored annually.
