The Employee of the Year Medal of Merit is awarded for distinguished work to promote the success of the company or the well-being of the work community.
Companies can define award criteria that are appropriate for their own remuneration system, and several Medals can be applied for each year, e.g. per unit or for a successful project in a team. Award of a Medal is not tied to the number of years of service.
A digital hall of fame will be established for the Employees of the Year.
